The Ruthe Jackson Center offers great flexibility on bar service for your next event. Options available include open pour, drink tickets, cash bar, and pre-purchase. You may also select what types of alcohol are available at your event.
Bar Setup and Fees
Bar set ups for less than 75 guests require a $150 bar set up fee.
Bar set ups for more than 75 guests require a minimum consumption guarantee of $500.All bars require a cashier/bar back and bartender fee of $20 per hour per staff person (4 hour minimum). Minimum Bartender/Cashier/Bar Back requirements are as follows but will vary based on the scope of the event and number of bars requested. All bars include disposable glassware. Additional staffing is required for bar service with glassware at a rate of $20 per hour per staff person (4 hour minimum).

Security/Food Service
Security officers are required if alcohol is served. Security officers are $30/hour per officer (4 hour minimum). Security will be required from your bar start time until your event end time. There is a minimum of 1 officer required per 100 guests. See your Center representative for security requirements for your event. Food service must accompany any alcohol service.The Ruthe Jackson Center holds the TABC license on this facility. It is illegal to bring alcohol onto the premises. All alcoholic beverage services must be secured through your Ruthe Jackson Center representative.
